1992年、中国・上海生まれ。2013年に早稲田大学政治経済学部へ進学。在学中に、留学生向け教育サービスを共同創業し、数億円の事業規模までに成長した後に株式譲渡をした上、卒業後リクルートへ入社。リクルートでは社内メディアのデジタルマーケティングやプロダクト改善に携わる。2020年1月よりYJキャピタル（現Z Venture Capital）に参画し、スタートアップ投資と投資先の海外展開などを担当。2023年にAsu Capital Partnersを共同創業。
Born in 1992 in Shanghai, China, Luke enrolled in Waseda University’s School of Political Science and Economics in 2013. During his studies, he co-founded an educational service for international students, growing it into a multi-billion-yen business before selling his shares. After graduation, he joined Recruit, where he worked on digital marketing and product improvement for in-house media platforms.
In January 2020, he joined YJ Capital (now Z Venture Capital), where he focused on startup investments and supporting portfolio companies with their international expansion. In 2023, he co-founded Asu Capital Partners, a venture capital firm dedicated to supporting Japanese startups in their global growth journey.
